It would be a five star review, but I cannot get my digital download to work. I paid extra to have that and I can't get it to take me to the download. Every time I click the link it loads for a long time and eventually times out. This is my second time buying the portrait and I had the same issue my first purchase too. Otherwise, I love it!

The response I received when submitting my pet photo for approval was prompt. Good guidance for the photo submission. The mug is nice quality. The photo on the mug is a close resemblance but I do wish it was better resemblance for the price, which seems about $10 too high, considering shipping isn’t included. Overall a nice gift for the intended.

Overall, this experience was excellent. I would suggest sending a digital upload to the customer to approve the final print before going to finish the product

It is a lovely portrait of my favorite girl, and I love and cherish it. My only wish is that they could have combined some of the pictures I sent in to make it look perfect. The picture they chose (they asked for extra photos due to limited pixel size on my first image) is very wind-blown with her ears back. I wish maybe they could’ve combined that face with her ears up the way they normally sit (as pictured in the other photos I sent in). I realize that’s possibly too big of an ask, but that’s my only complaint. Truly love it ♥️

The picture is cute (obviously, it’s my pup) but it feels a little dark. I wish they had lightened it up slightly. The picture did come quickly and the quality is great! Overall happy just wish that detail was better

The first portrait of our pet had some issues. The coloring was too dark, and the hook was put on upside down. The team worked with me to get a new and improved portrait! Thank you; it's much appreciated!!

Nice product.

Nice Product, great material and quality. The only thing is that the look of my dog is not exactly the same. The distance between His eyes is not that large.
