Worth the wait
When you’re married to someone who has everything, getting them the perfect birthday gift is hard so when I saw West and Willow I knew this would be the perfect gift for my husband. For those of you who would like to surprise someone with one of these portraits, give yourself a good timeframe when you order from these guys so you can give your loved one their gift on their special day. Sadly the 4 week time period (‘most portraits arrived within 2 weekend’) they advertise on their website is incorrect. I received our portraits today, they were ordered almost 6 weeks ago. I did have to chase up my portraits with a couple of emails but I always got replies from the customer service team and they were really nice and I didn’t get sent generic emails. It was someone who actually replied to my queries. They were also kind enough to refund my ‘skip the line’ charge to apologise for the delay. Our portraits are great, the frames are beautiful, the portraits of our dogs do look like our dogs but most importantly, my husband loves them. These guys have copped a lot of bad reviews which is really sad however I would have to say that Even though I waited longer than promised, I would order from them again.
