This is actually ridiculous, i have a loss of words. In whose right mind would they put a blank canvas on a frame and send it to a customer. This was a gift for my wife, and now I’m gonna have to sit around at Christmas without a gift to give her because you guys made a hugeeee error. This is beyond words. I am upset, angry, disguised by the lack of customer concern and respect that has been shown by your team. This is truly an act of negligence and carelessness. I want a portrait sent to me on overnight shipping so that i can have something to give my wife for Christmas. I ordered a 18x24 in portrait of our dog bella and got a landscape artpiece with the dog in one corner and the rest blank. Ridiculous.

Run far away from this company. Placed an order on October 28 and still do not have my item. Customer service is awful. My toddler can do a better job than these fools. I was told several times that my item shipped but when asked for tracking number I was told it is in process to ship. With no phone number to call yours at the mercy of email, which takes days. Since I am unable to reply to the company below, they most def have my order number so them playing dumb on this review just goes to show how absolutely awful this company is. They are now sending out tracking numbers with language essentially blaming shipping companies saying they are so busy that these companies are not scanning in packages. Just another way to get the customer off their back. I want my money back.
