They did a great job however my dogs name was discluded from the photo I emailed them and within 4 hours I had a receipt of a new photo with the name on it!
Response from West & WillowJul 28, 2020
Hi Hallie! We apologize if we missed to include your pet's name on the portrait. The good thing is, one of our staff already arranged a replacement for you which was already shipped last July 25. We sent you a tracking info on your personal e-mail. Feel free to reach out if you have any other concerns that we can address for you.

Initially slow response to my query not helped by no available phone number to call. However once Grace picked up the enquiry she resolved quickly. Thank you

Make sure that when you purchase you know if you are receiving the product framed or just the poster. I was under the impression I was purchasing the portrait (framed) for $59.95, and I only received the poster. Not sure why that happened, and the explanation was not clear. The portrait itself is beautiful and I LOVE it! I just purchased another for a gift. I made sure to ask before purchasing if I would be receiving it framed. Fingers crossed.

Hi Gina! Thank you so much for your review and feedback. We're sorry for the confusion around your order from May 8th. Just checked and you did in fact order the poster-only version, however we know sometimes it can be confusing. We'd love the opportunity to make things right! Please send a note to [email protected] and we will help you out.
