Original: Why am I getting this email when I haven't received any email of either the design or a shipping notification? If I knew what it looked like and when it would arrive I could accurately rate my experience. Edit: I have now receive my piece and it is beautiful. I love it. And the customer service was great after my initial review. I still wish they kept in better contact but the product made a perfect gift

Hello. I got confused. I wanted to say in my order that I wanted to have the dogs photos background to be deleted. I just wanted to show my dogs just like you advertised. How do I communicate this on my order

Hello. Very helpful live info link, but could have done with more information on what to expect. Will we see the image once it has been created? Is there a chance to see it with the different colour/ frame options? And how long will it take to receive the portrait? Nice website though.

A fairly easy and straight forward process but there was a recalculation on shipping once it found out my location, would have been better if location was asked for beforehand so its not a shock to the price increase at the final points of checkout. And would have liked to have seen the discount applied in the breakdown of the price so you knew it had been applied.
