West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

All of the portraits came out great! They look exactly like our pups! My family will be so excited to receive them!

This is an update to previous 2 star review. I was not happy with the portrait as I didn’t think it showed my two cats (who passed) in the most favorable and accurate light… West and Willow customer service went above and beyond to work with me to get very satisfactory results. I just received the revised portrait and I LOVE it! It looks just how I want to remember them! Thank you W & W!

It turned out perfect! We lost both our fur babies this year and I’m so excited to gift this to my husband. My little black do doesn’t photograph well and y’all were able to make it work. Thank you!

Exceptional customer service from start to finish! The entire process was seamless, with clear communication and attention to detail every step of the way. Highly recommended!

So cute and a unique gift! So excited to give it to my mom for her birthday!

Overall a really great experience. Customer service reached out early in the process to request additional pictures of our pet in order to provide the best product possible. They were friendly and prompt throughout the entire process. The final product was amazing! We will definitely continue to support West & Willow in the future. Thanks again!

Awesome portrait of our dogs!

This was the perfect memorium art piece for my Son. The transaction was seamless , the hardest part was picking the perfect photo of our lovely long lost friend . The price was reasonable , the quality high , and the photo depiction spot on !
