I haven’t received any feedback at all regarding my recent purchase. I uploaded a photograph over a week ago and was hoping to receive a framed photograph as a gift for Christmas. I have not received a proof or anything????

Very disappointed I sent you a picture and my dog specifically had one blue eye and one brown. I was hoping that that would be on the blanket and it wasn’t. I spent $100 on a blanket that I’ll never use because it doesn’t look like my dog.

Wow the portrait was so bad. I’ve used them before a couple years go and it was so amazing and this time it looks like a computer AI made the pic or a child did it. It has zero details and color, shape, pose is all wrong

Wasn’t what I expected at all the face is so low on the frame I could have printed a picture out myself and put it in a frame and spent less money it was a gift I’m embarrassed to wrapt it
