West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Came in at decent time and was perfect

The picture (4 pets) came out incredible, really captures the look on my pets faces. Honestly, I wasn’t sure if the artists would capture their essence from a couple of the photos, but they look just perfect

Came out better than I expected.

Love the picture. Exactly what I wanted.

I ordered 2 dog pictures, one for our family and one for my sister-in-law! Both were a huge hit. Delivery was quick and easy. Very pleased with my decision to do this for the holidays.

I am extremely impressed with West and Willow! The initial picture I received I wasn't quite happy with. This company worked with me until the picture of my sweet fur baby was perfect!! I highly recommend West and Willow if you are looking for that special picture! I will definitely order from them again!!

Love the product. Order came wrong but ability to fix was seamless and easy! Love it!

I am always a little nervous shopping online but boy this place changed my mind!! Ordering was easy, production and shipping was FAST! But let me tell you what sealed the deal was the service. When I opened the package it was not what I expected and Camille in customer service was so attentive and helpful. But the product was outstanding and really resembled Chewy (the cat) and captured him beautifully. I was so excited to order i missed it would be a head shot of the animal not the full body...my error but Camille was working to correct the situation ( or my error). I am happy to say she didn't have to have anything else created. The original product was perfect and the gift was an absolute hit!
