Placed my order and paid for a “skip the line” feature. I emailed to confirm my order. I received an extremely vague email about the status of my order and it’s been a total of 5 days without a response.

I was told that my order would be shipped and I would receive is before Christmas (I have a email clearly stating this from the support department when they actually replied) and I ordered it 1 month ago. The support was good at first but now its radio silence from you. Maybe spend less money on Instagram marketing and more or looking after your customers. Not impressed at all with this experience and apparent over 10k 5 star reviews. Also I was sent a misleading email telling me to buy a digital copy which I did and I still haven't received it.

The portrait I ordered is exactly what I wanted. However, I have been dealing with getting the wrong phone case size since October. I spoke with customer service and they sent me a replacement but it’s is still the wrong size. And I have asked for a refund since this is the fourth time im reaching out. I’m still waiting for the correct size item since they denied me a refund. Do not Order the phone cases.
