My order was damaged (printout has mark from inside the frame). Filled a damage form but have not received any contact back regarding my order. It’s very disappointing since this should have never shipped out if someone had inspected it. I need this present in time for the Xmas holiday as this was a gift. I am also missing part of my order which include a mug and digital download.

There is no proof supplied so you can’t guarantee the quality of the picture. We received ours and it looks nothing like our pets. I would not recommend this service. I’d try artists from Etsy instead.

I had to pay $30 “extra” to be put to the “front of the line” a month ago… and you told me “a glitch” put my order behind all others and it may not arrive before Christmas? If it doesn’t come in time… I am going to make sure people hear about it.

I ordered based on an Instagram ad. I did not have shipping issues like others have had. The print I received looked nothing like the photo I uploaded. I am so disappointed. This was going to be a Christmas gift for my dad. He loves his cat. The print I received looks more like a black panther. No one recognized that it was suppose to be a print of the family cat. I would not recommend this company. Use a company that allows you to preview the print first.

I ordered a portrait for a very dear friend that has been going thru a very tough time. I requested to get a screenshot of the portrait & I was told it was NOT possible. Then I received an email asking me to purchase a digital copy of the portrait for $10 but I never received it. I was hoping the customer service was better but so far my experience has been lack luster at best!!!

It's been 4 weeks since I ordered my pet portrait and I have no tracking information or updates on when it will deliver. There's also no preview, so if I'm unhappy with the result I guess I won't have time to make a change before christmas?
