The painting did not look similar to my dog. The coloring was really off so it just looked like a generic dog with my dog’s tongue spot

Very overpriced for a mediocre product. It’s cute, but there are cheaper alternatives out there. Don’t buy a frame, they just put it in a very cheap option. You can buy one on your own for cheaper than what they will charge you. I also paid extra for the digital download that didn’t come. I had to reach out to customer service to get it sent. Had I not reached out, I would have never gotten it.

My dogs look like they were done in two different artistic styles. My one dog looks like the quality of the pictures on their website but my other dog looks really cartoony. It is really disappointing like one half of the picture is good.

I felt like the coloring was slightly off from the photo i submitted

I enjoyed the pictures, but the frame came broken even though it was wrapped nicely, it looks like it’s the quality and was pulled apart. Luckily my husband can fix it. Plus the metal hangar on the back was loose and not attached. So you’d think for the price, it would be better quality.

The product was wonderful but the customer service is terrible. The only option to contact anyone is via an email message and I have been waiting 4-5 days without any response.

Photo was printed dark and the hanger on the back of the frame was off center

It’s ok. More cartoonish than I was expecting and my white dog has a lot of shadows on her. I’ll hang it but I don’t love it.
