Pretty disappointed with the portrait. We lost our beloved kitty Whiskers and I ordered a portrait to remember her. Per her name- Whiskers had the most amazing long bright white whiskers. The portrait came and the whiskers are grey and not prominent in the art work. The photo I sent clearly showed them as bright white and a main feature of her sweet face. The artist also took liberty and added a eyebrow whisker where she did not have one- a feature we loved about her as she was missing one on one side of her face while the other side had a very prominent one. It gave her so much character. Super disappointed as we chose the background to be pink since she was a black kitty with white features and we really wanted them to pop. She also had the brightest green eyes and the art has them very dulled down. Would really like a refund or redo. UPDATE: West & Willow customer service is great and I have a new piece of art on it's way!

For the cost of these portraits, I was surprised by how unrealistic these illustrations are. While it’s not the worst i’ve seen, these images lack of overall quality and attention to detail. Many features appear blurry when looking at the image close-up. I ordered a 2 pet portrait and overall was okay with one of the pets in the image; however, the other looks like a completely different breed from what she actually is, eyes are different sizes / don’t line up, etc. I wish they would send a proof of the image for approval before printing / sending to allow customers to weigh in as these are not cheap. Love the idea of these portraits but ultimately wish I would’ve looked into other company’s before ordering from this one, definitely better quality elsewhere

I purchased a 3 pet portrait with Digital Download. During my research on the company, it advises there is a 48hr timeline before receiving the digital download. It has been several weeks and I have not receive the digital download. I have reached out to the company via email and social media, yet have been told to wait a few days before reaching out. The company publishes a deadline they cannot meet. I also was not offered the Free Coffee Mug that is being published in their social media ads while I made my purchase. I quickly am feeling this company is a scam and do not recommend to anyone. I have yet to receive any response from management.

The image I received doesn’t look like the image I sent of my pet. I had sent the same picture in a couple months prior for a smaller size picture and that one came out great. I sent the exact same picture in this time and got a totally different image that looks nothing like my dog.

Absolutely not worth the price. Cheap phone case and the ‘art’ does fully look like the pic I sent in and is very small on the case. Wish I never ordered. Incredibly overpriced. Disappointed.

The order still has not arrived. It feels like a very long wait for the amount of money spent in it. This is a gift for the recipient. Just seems very long.

I’m very unhappy with the pet portrait I received. The artwork looks strange and is completely botched. The return process is too complicated. Still waiting for a response from West & Willow on how to resolve the matter.
