I gave you guys at 4 stars because her picture is not as large as I would think it would have been to fit an 8 by 10 frame. Instead her pic is better sized to have been a 5x7.

Hi Lacy! Thank you so much for the positive feedback despite the error with the size. We are more than happy to get this replaced for you. Please check your email inbox for more details.

My product was good but the color was slightly off, I wish they accepted multiple photos for a better representation. Other than that, I love it.

Hello Wilson! Thank you for the feedback! At this, we cannot combine two photos together. However, we would like to check your artwork, and see what can we do to correct it. Kindly check your inbox for an e-mail from us for the next steps.

Easy order process. But will I be able to see a proof before the final product is shipped?

Hi Jason, Thank you so much for the feedback! We understand that you want to get a good view of the illustration. For now, it is still something that we are working on. Rest assured though that we have extremely talented designers that will bring the best out of your pet! 😍

With my initial order, it took over 3 months to come to Australia and I only received one of my orders. I then reached out to West and Willow explaining the situation and they were great about it and send them to me again and let me approve the pieces beforehand. I would definitely recommend just don’t expect it too quickly with COVID ongoing.

Hi Emily, Unfortunately, due to world wide conditions, some packages have had issues in transit. We can't thank you enough for bearing with us throughout the process! 💕

I ordered just the posters of my pets, without the frames. The art/graphic of my dogs were very well done. The one issue, my 8x10 poster did not fit in my frames so I had to trim them myself. Would have given full five stars had dimensions been correct.

Hi Andrea, Your satisfaction is our top priority so we'd love to make this right. Please look for an email from us about next steps.

EDIT: they responded and it went to my spam I have contacted them twice regarding a purchase I just made and have not received a response. I was unable to add the photos for the custom prints and I never received an invoice. This is very upsetting since I absolutely loved the first custom print I ordered

I really like my purchase I received 2 framed portraits of my dogs, the only thing is 1 of my photos has creases or wrinkles in the paper and you can see them through the frame. There are quite a few and for the cost I think there should be a better quality check. My other photo is great. Update! they have reached out to me and are going to replace my wrinkled picture. Great customer service! Thank you.

Hello Trisha, Oh no! This isn't good. Our shipping specialist would like to investigate this for you. We just sent an email to you with more information.
