I never received my package after waiting over a month and was not offered a refund or reshipment. I tried reaching out and it was so hard to get a hold of someone as well. Really disappointing.

I had ordered before and it was amazing so decided to order my mom a portrait of her three dogs and the level of terrible was just mind blowing and even after multiple Revisions still not happy but had to accept. Won’t be a repeat customer. Very disappointed overall

I ordered a digital copy and the poster was sent before I could even preview and edit if needed. Way too much money for what you get.

I really had hoped for better... After waiting 3 weeks, literally zero progress has been made on my order. 5 days ago I was told my order is "in the fulfillment stage" but have yet to have any shipping information or even an approval on the order. We needed to order by 12.1.22 to receive by Christmas it was said and I did that and it looks like I will not receive my order in time. $250+ order, failed to deliver. Unacceptable.
