Have ordered two prints from here before and they are perfect! The only thing easier would be to have the promo code space earlier in the check out process OR have the Apple Pay button on that page still. Had to figure out how to get my promo code entered and find the Apple Pay button again. Otherwise, this was super easy and can’t wait to see the next print!

Problem with international delivery was well resolved. Responsive to emails & trying to find solutions. Has shown good customer focus!

I’d like to see a preview of the finished image. But the site was easy to use and order.

West & Willow did a great job on the art! Turned out just as expected. Only reason I give it 4/5 stars is because the frame isn't as nice as it could have been for the price point.

Looks nice! The only thing I didn’t like was there was bar code showing at the bottom of the picture.

Overall, I am absolutely delighted with my W&W portrait, but the design experience was a little arduous. They do not show you a design proof prior to posting you the portrait and when I received the product, my cat portrait was extremely small within the frame (at least 1/2 the size of the ones on their website). I spoke to customer service and they said they'd get me a new one at no extra cost. They also sent me a design proof to approve, which I did immediately, with no changes required. They sent it and it took about 10 days to receive, so I missed my friend's birthday (for who I had bought the portrait for). I don't know why they couldn't have sent the design proof originally? It doesn't seem like that much of an extra step to ensure their customers are happy. But overall, I am happy with the portrait and my friend loved her belated birthday present.

At first we were not satisfied with the product. After leaving a poor review we were met with the most amazing customer service! They truly went above and beyond to address our concerns and make it right! They were in constant communication with us and truly listened to our concerns and recommendations for process improvement. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because we have still not received a link to our digital download that we purchased. Other than that I highly recommend West & Willow! Once you’re a customer they make every effort to establish long lasting relationships to keep you coming back!
