I’m so disappointed in my portrait. I sent a very clear photo and my pet is completely the wrong color. It was very over priced for a thin piece of paper . Definitely would not order again. I also have not been able to get in touch with the company to resolve the issue. I always get an automated response

Can’t get any response about shipping! I’ve emailed several times and all I get is it was sent! Tracking number I received gives no delivery date- I understand shipping is an issue during the holidays but not responding to customers is not acceptable!

So far it has been a terrible experience. I ordered several weeks ago and after purchasing i received a confirmation email saying it will not be done for 6 + weeks . I sent 3 inquiries for clarity on the status weeks ago and i have not received a response . Very disappointing experience
