The West and Willow website was super easy to navigate and there were a lot of adorable portrait options. I am just disappointed that W&W charges so much, even for just a small print with no frame. I feel that there are so many other similar stores like W&W out there who are much much cheaper - I might just purchase from one of them in the future if a W&W doesn’t get more reasonable with pricing.

I'm excited for my picture! I got a quick response on my picture - as to whether or not it would work. When I was checking out, I was prompted twice to go back to the upload page to upload the dog's pic. I clicked the provided link three times, and I wasn't taken back to the upload page. I had to restart my order. NBD, but worth noting.

Overall and great experience. The only suggestion would be to provide a way to edit overall order when order is reviewed. I wanted to switch from a white frame to black but guild to find a way to do it so had to remove that order and go through the process again to make that change. But again, overall and great experience

I was really disappointed with how the print turns out and didn’t feel like it looked like my dog or the photo provided at all! For the money paid I would expect it to be much better! Update ! I was sent a new improved print after posting this for no additional cost which looks much more like our pup. I’ve been meaning to post this for ages but forgot - new print is much better and just good customer service for responding so quick.

Wrote a review a couple days ago saying my portrait received was messed up, but thankfully, in a few days after messaging them, West Willow did get back to me letting me know there was a glitch in their system and have already started shipping me a corrected portrait!

I finally got my print and it was pretty fantastic. The only hiccup was the lack of response to my emails when my tracking number showed my print in the same spot for more than 12 days and could not get an answer.

Online chat was very helpful, I was looking for PayPal to pay.
