Took longer than 5-7 business days to receive tracking. I reached out both through e-mail and instagram to ask for updates. Instagram told me there would be a response in 15 minutes…it took 3 days and never got an e-mail response still. I believe the social team just waits to respond to customers until they get their orders which is terrible customer service. It’s been 3 days and I still have not received my digital copy of the photo and overall the photo is still off from what the dog actually looks like.

No customer support. The company took my order 2 weeks ago and then cancelled order without notice 3 days before Christmas. Have not recieved refund yet.

I have not been impressed at all. I placed an order on November 1st with the thoughts of having everything before Christmas. Well, it is now 12/22 and I still do not have my order. Every time I reached out to support I received a different answer on where my order is. They reissued my order since they claim it was lost in transit but I don't believe that at all.... Now I'm out shopping to find another gift for this person. Such a shame.

Don't ask for a tip, stop asking for a review, also would be better with a preview of what your getting

I ordered a digital download and never received any instructions on how to get it. I contacted support and have heard nothing.
