West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I received my original piece with a couple errors. I message customer service and they were very professional and quick to respond, fix the issue, and ship the replacement!

The delivery was fast and was handled with care, my dogs picture came out amazing, I absolutely love it

I’ve ordered three times from this company and have been so happy with the pictures each time. Two were given as gifts and everyone loved them. They all arrived quickly. Will be ordering again for sure.

Awesome product, quick, accurate looks like the website

I ordered the custom pet hoodie and it turned out absolutely perfect, it looks just like my boy!! I was also nervous about not getting it in time for Christmas but it came super quickly!

Beautiful! It looks just like our pups.

The portrait was so well done. It captured the spirit of a beloved best friend, Layla. The entire experience was very professional from beginning to end.

Absolutely love our portrait - such a cute gift that we can't wait to give to our daughter for Christmas!
