I ordered this as a Christmas gift November 23rd, hoping a month would be plenty of time to get. Which it took less than 2 weeks to receive which was wonderful until I went to check it out before wrapping (thank God I did) b/c 1 of 2 dogs was completely wrong breed and all and it had the wrong background color. I then emailed about the screw up which I got told they'd fix it and 3-5 days and send me a proof in my email to finalize before mailing. 2 weeks went by w/out a word before i emailed AGAIN. It has just now gotten fixed, 3 days before Christmas so needless to say it won't be here in time. I wish I would of gotten from somewhere else. December 28th Finally got an email that it was getting ready to be shipped and the only email I got from these guys was of their response. No compensation of any kind. Must of been talking about resending the correct picture that I already paid for??

NO NOTIFICATIONS. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Need to download Apps for tracking and communicating? Paid extra for faster processing but no shipment and NO COMMUNICATION. Will never purchase from you again. Looking for a way to cancel my order.

Terrible customer service and company

I have no idea if/when this will be received or if the order has been canceled. I’ve inquired multiple times and never get a direct answer. There is no contact phone number. I am now 3 days from Christmas and I have no idea if my order has been canceled or I will receive it in time for Christmas. Horrible customer service.

The support is non-existent, and they don't keep their promises. I ordered a portrait for Christmas, and it arrived with a cracked frame and a picture that doesn't look like my dog (it almost looks like clip art from some other dog and not mine). I completed their form, and they only give the option to mark if the frame is damaged or if there is an issue with the image. There is no option for both. They promised to get back to me within 48 hours, but so far it has been 96 hours and no response from their support team. Avoid this company.

According to the website, I ordered in time to receive my order by the Christmas Holiday, yet in tracking my package, it seems I’ll have to go Christmas shopping and give this as a New Years gift. Paid more to ‘skip the line’ and tried to contact W&W and still haven’t heard back.

Customer care absolutely appalling. No acknowledgement of my emails chasing my order I placed on the 6th December. I now have no present for my husband. So bitterly disappointed and looking at similar reviews, you appear to not even care.

Sent the wrong pictures.
