The print itself was great, but it would be nice if it didn't come rolled in a tube. It would also be nice if it actually came 8x10 so it fit into a frame. The print was 1/4" too long in both width and height and I had to buy a paper trimmer so I could trim it nicely, which was difficult to do when the print kept wanting to roll. This was a gift and I didn't know if they'd want to change the frame so I didn't want them to take the print out and see uneven edges.

Ordering was fairly easy and it went well. Ultimately the order will get a better or worse rating when I see the final product.

The ordering went pretty well, but I wish I would have been allowed to pull photos from my camera roll/cloud on my iPhone while ordering on my computer, but that wasn't an option. So I had to order on my phone, which is annoying because it's so small. Otherwise, no issues. Can't wait to see the finished product.

I realized I spelled the dogs name wrong but there was no way to edit it once it was in the cart already. I had to delete and readd. Not the end of the world, but not great.

The image of my labradoodle was adorable. There are things to be aware of when ordering, you can't tell from the website. The frame is very cheap. They cover the picture with plexiglass The paper it is printed on, what seemed like very plain paper I could NOT open the back of the frame because it had 28 staples holding it together. Reasons unknown there are always sales, so don't hurry up your order in order to get the sale. With just one animal, the image is small compared to the paper size. This is how they do it. Just so you aren"t surprised. With all of my concerns, the customer service was easy to work with, and I am getting my image larger and without the frame and plexiglass. I would order an image if you are fine with the issues I had. The website doesn't hide anything, it is just hard to know some of these answers prior to receiving the final product. Also ask for a proof. The do not send a proof automatically

I just love the looks of this product, what a great idea for any pet lover in your family. Would have given 5 stars but I did have a little difficulty getting my picture to load into the app. I am using an IOS device, maybe this is why. Can’t wait to get the finished product as this is going to be the best gift we could ever give to the biggest dog lovers ever!

I emailed with a few questions and received very prompt and helpful responses. The only reason I gave 4 stars (rather than 5) was because the prices seemed to be fluctuating as I was waiting to order until I was very sure of my choices. This fluctuation made me question whether I was getting the best price possible. I hope I did!:)

Wish there was a way to make shipping free. Other than that, excited for my product!
