Took longer to arrive than I thought, but it was worth the wait. My daughter will absolutely love this portrait of her fur baby! I can't wait til Christmas to give it to her.

Came in time for a December birthday, special gift . Captured my dogs faces perfectly, looks so life like . We love it so much , we ordered a second for us.

I ordered a custom pet portrait as a Xmas gift plenty of time before Xmas. However, between UPS and USPS, it got lost. I found myself extremely frustrated. I reached out to West & Willow's customer support team, who immediately went to work. Catherine in customer support, sensed my frustration, and ordered a replacement portrait. I just received it and was so pleased with the result. Thank you West & Willow for your excellent customer service and beautiful work. Cathy G.

Wow what a great experience. I just received a Xmas gift I am giving to my son. Pillow with his dogs picture on it. Great quality.

My custom pet portrait is perfect! I am so impressed with the quality and detail of their work. Would recommend over and over again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed working with West & Willow. The Company sent us the first drawing, and we were not satisfied with how our pet looked. We realized it was the picture we gave them, and not the art itself. West and Willow was willing to redraw our pet based on a new photo we submitted. We really appreciated the Company going out of their way to make sure we were satisifed.

The process was smooth and quick. The final product was very accurate to the photo. My wife will be very happy with her gift! The only thing I would recommend is to send an digital art approval prior to shipping.

I love, love, love my picture of my kitty!! It looks so much like him and I love the background and frame. The processing and shipping time was really fast.
