Quick shipment, beautiful portrait! Had to ask a few times about the digital download which was selected, but they sent it after I said it was delivered. Support team very nice and helpful otherwise. Would recommend.

my pet portrait came out very well. I was concerned becasue my dog is very black and his eyes are dark brown, which makes the contrast difficult. I consulted with West and Willow prior to ordering on which photo would work and a side shot was chosen. Came out very well. I did have to contact support for the digital download (which I also ordered) but the support team answered right away. The time frame was as expected.

The original photo had misspelled dogs name, west and willow have been wonderful with rectifying and replacing the photo at no cost.

I would have given 5 stars but they changed the color on one of my dogs eyes and it just made his face look a little off. Other wise it is great!

I am happy thus far with the art provided. I appreciate your follow ups with making sure the product is done correctly. The customer service has been great. I have given 4 stars due to being uninformed as to an approx shipping date. When 1st time customers pay $144 it is important they are informed when they will receive the product they pre paid for. I reached out a week after ordering and the response was a generic unpersonalized response telling me 2-3 weeks. Typically when I order something online I am given a delivery date. Other than that, i have no complaints. I will follow up with my review when I receive my product.

I love the layout of this website and was super easy to use. Only area of improvement I would recommend is additional picture/verbiage of what photos are good and bad. It is the only reason I’ve held off buying because I was unsure! I know I could send in a picture but was worried it would delay the process. Outside of that, I’m so excited to get my picture of my sweet Louie!
