Can you please tell me why I paid to skip the line, ten days ago and I haven’t heard anything from you? Please refund my skip the line money. It’s ridiculous

I am going to try to remain as polite as possible while being rather irritated. I absolutely understand that the holidays are extremely busy, and I understand that my order was submitted after what I later realized was the deadline to receive orders before Christmas. However, the main issue that i have had is that after multiple attempts to reach out and hear feedback that my order is in process or an estimate on when it will arrive. It was completely ignored. No matter through email, or facebook messenger. West and Willow does not appear to have customer service. I had even paid the extra $15 for my order to be sped up. I realize that means for the order to be processed quicker, not for shipping. The fact that I have not, and continue to not get a single response from the company is very disheartening. As of right now i am ready to dispute the charge with my bank because I believe that I have been scammed. After looking through other reviews, other people have also said they never received their order nor did they ever hear from customer service. I have gone from wanting to support this company and buy more products to wanting to make sure all my friends know to never support this company. Again, I understand the rush of the holiday season and the timing of which my order was placed. But to never hear back after reaching out through multiple outlets is beyond unacceptable. All I wanted was an update or ETA, instead I question if I will ever get my order. West and Willow, you get a 1 out of 5 only because a 0 was not an option.

What a train wreck of an operation they have going on and a lousy company altogether. I placed an order in November to give as a gift for Christmas. They had no problem taking my money when I placed the order, but after that, there was no communication whatsoever. I reached out the week before Christmas to get an update and have yet to hear anything. I've been tracking my order on their website and it continued to say unfulfilled until 2 days before Christmas when it was canceled with no notice being sent to me. Reviews on their social media tell a similar story with multiple people asking when their orders will be shipped and others saying their orders were canceled without being notified. I don't think I've had a more dysfunctional, inconsiderate, and deceptive experience than the one I've had ordering from West and Willow. I'm baffled by how this company has received recognition from the likes of CNN, HGTV, and Marie Claire. They have made this holiday quite the headache for thousands of customers and chose to ignore the issues they've created by dodging customer questions and avoiding contact with those who entrusted them to make their holidays special. At this point, I'll be contacting my bank to file the charge as fraud considering West and Willow has no consideration to contact or respond to their customers regarding fulfillment issues.
