When trying to upload photo it was a bit of struggle not being able just to go to your gallery you have to upload the photo to the options given it took quite a bit of time for me to figure out.

I ordered two prints. the site is easy to use and fairly quick. I was surprised about all add on charges like digital prints.

I am looking forward to receiving the portrait. It is for my daughter who is going away to college. She looked into having a portrait painted of her dog but it was too expensive. Now I found this and hope it will bring a smile to her face. One thing I think would be helpful. Maybe having the picture that is submitted be reviewed and approved prior to going into production.

My overall experience was very good. The ordering process was easy. I purchased three pet portraits. Two were excellent likenesses. There was an issue with one, but the customer support worked with me toward a resolution. They were very accommodating. I highly recommend the site.

I absolutely love my West and Willow posters!! Both looked exactly like the photos I sent. The packaging could have been better as they came rolled up in a tube and therefore the sheets were not completely smooth when I unrolled them.
