West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Looks amazing couldn’t be any happier.

I have ordered 4 prints from W&W so far - two 4 years ago and 2 in the last month. Their customer service has been absolutely fantastic to deal with regarding some changes that needed to be made. However, I remember a proof approval process 4 years ago and was surprised when the two new prints just showed up on my doorstep without being able to review and approve them. I think streamlining a process like that or asking for more photos up front would help the artists get better photos and produce better results, resulting in less remakes and edits on the backend and less reprinting/shipping. Keep up the great Customer Service!!!

It turned out amazing

Excellent Excellent customer service!! Cuddle clones absolutely Terrible customer service Greene street Consignment shops absolutely Terrible Customer Service

They did such a great job matching to the photo! Got this as a gift for my niece as her and her husband got a corgi puppy this fall. It came out perfect! And such speedy delivery!

This is my 2nd purchase from West & Willow. Their help in choosing the best photo of my sons dog was greatly appreciated. The artwork arrived quickly & our sons reaction when he opened this present was precious.

I have ordered from west

Wonderful job! And to top it off, wonderful customer service experience. My digital download was inadvertently removed from my cart and some time later they helped me get my digital download at the rate original planned. Very helpful, and VERY quick to respond. Which is always nice. Would return for more business in a heartbeat.
