The experience was great, but I felt it could use some improvement. I wanted to download the photos from my camera roll and not have to utilize the site to access my other accounts. Such as Instagram, Facebook, Google Drive, etc.

***Edit - artwork had a crease in it - they are sending a new picture immediately - very solid customer service. The artistry was solid - hopefully this one won’t have a crease on it.

Ordering was easy, but I wish there was an estimate of when the picture would be completed and arrive. This is a gift for a birthday, but I am unsure if it will arrive on time. Thanks!

Ordering was easy enough, but I don't like the fact that I can't proof my artwork before it prints. Regardless of not seeing the proof... the print was spectacular. Better then I expected. Although the portrait was beautiful, the price was high for the product, nonetheless.
