My print came in with several creases. It was not packages properly to prevent this from happening. I received my order on Dec 6th. When I contacted customer service, they stated they ship another. It is Dec 23rd and I haven't received it. A snow storm has delayed it however if it was shipped and packaged properly the first time, there wouldn't be an issue. It's very disappointing.

I placed an order on November 28th , I heard back that two pictures needed to be resubmitted and I did that and that is the last I heard for the company. I have reached out starting mid December we’re the progress of my order was. I have received no communication back except to say the would get back to me. I did some communication via email and some through chat and nothing. I can’t tell you how disappointed I have been. I am not even sure when or if I will receive my order that has been paid for. They offer no phone number so I am not sure how I should proceed. Beyond disappointed.

The website said 12/9 was the last day to order to receive by Christmas, I placed my order on 12/9 but won’t get it until 12/30. I completely understand longer shipping times over Holidays but if there was no way of receiving by Christmas don’t falsely advertise that on your website.

I ordered from West and Willow 4 weeks ago and my pictures still have not shipped. I have emailed them many times about progress and they have taken up to 5 days to respond sometimes. Will not be receiving the picture in time for Christmas as it still has not shipped. ☹️

I ordered a portrait for a Christmas gift on November 25th. I was sent tracking info on Dec 1 - since then the only tracking info that has been provided says “shipment ready for UPS”. It has no expected delivery date. It is now Dec 23 and I have no idea when this is supposed to arrive. There is no customer service contact number. I have tried reaching out via email multiple times and also messaged them on Instagram with no response. This is ridiculous and makes me not want to order with West and Willow ever again.
