Second picture I ordered. This one wasn’t quite the right color and missed an outstanding feature- very long eyelashes. Wish they would let you make a comment pointing special attributes out!

I ordered 5 prints - one for myself and four as Christmas gifts. Three out of the five were perfect! However one had the wrong color of a dog, and the other had the three dogs’ names all wrong (not even close to the actual names). When I reached out to customer service they responded fairly quickly. They fixed the mistakes, emailed me proofs to approve, then sent the corrected prints. Unfortunately they did not arrive in time for Christmas, but the recipients of the gifts loved the end results! I would definitely order from West & Willow again. If I had one recommendation, it would be that they send proofs for every order before they are shipped.

The actual image is great, but the frame is super cheap quality. Wish I had just ordered the print without the frame because I could have just purchased something similar from a dollar store.

I ordered the king & queen portrait with my Boston Terriers. The background is darker in person than it is on the website and therefore my dogs who have black faces and heads don’t show up very well. I love the product otherwise.

The product is very lovely. I just wish the actual animal was a big more on the canvas. It is such a small percentage of the canvas space.

The print is absolutely beautiful but the bigger the size , I think the name of the animal could be bigger or centered better. The 8x10 I bought my friend for Christmas is perfect. I bought the next size up for myself and wish I would have gotten the 8x10 just because the name looks better in my opinion on the 8x10.

everything went great, except I never received an order confirmation number. I emailed customer service and they sent me a shipping number right away. It would have been smoother if I had received an order confirmation right off the bat. Quality and service was wonderful, other than that!

Still in the middle of resolving a quality issue but very happy with the service I am receiving so far
