Cute. I like the quality of the actual poster material. My dogs picture could have been done better with a bit more detail imo, but we can atleast tell it’s her. I will still hang it. But I expected more for price

Good coloring,but the photo seemed off balance in the picture.

Loved the picture however where it was rolled up there are wrinkles on it that won't go away.

A family members dog died. I bought it as a gift for two of the family members at different addresses. Therefore I had to make two separate purchases. Your site is horrible for gifts. I couldn’t write note, they had no idea who it came from. Also I got two different prices.

I liked the picture of my dog, but he was just too small in the picture. There was too much blank space above him before his name. In an 8x10 picture, you want the dog to be big in the picture, not like a 5x7 or smaller on an 8x10 paper. Also I ordered the digital file and didn’t receive it until I emailed requesting it. The white background is not a true white, it’s like an off-white.

Pictures arrived in a good amount of time. I feel for the price though it wasn't really worth it. There's large amounts of white space and the animal image is relatively small. I do feel this is something a moderately tech savvy person could do on their own.

Although I have been happy with the prior two purchased I have made, the lack of customer services makes the entire process very frustrating. If you expect a confirmation email, don't hold your breath, because you won't get one. I've sent two emails since then and still no reply, not even an auto-reply. Also, the do not send a proof for review so whatever you get you get when it is delivered.

One of the pictures came out great, the other one makes my cat look angry. Also one pic is drawn way larger than the other. I wish we were able to preview before they were sent. Other companies offered that option, but I trusted W&W.
