We have bought dog pictures from you before and the quality of the images are definitely not as good. My one dog is actually the complete wrong colour and the detail of the other is far less quality than previous purchases

The drawing doesn't resemble my cat AT ALL. It looks like an owl. I am very disappointed, and this has been a pricey mistake. Unless West and Willow redo this drawing, I am not ordering anything from them again.

Tiny. Not really necessary to submit photo. Simply select breed because that’s what you get. Overpriced!

The item looks cheap. My dog is brown and they used a black one. Is very pricey and should look better than what you get. They won’t give a phone number so you can explain or they could explain !! I’ll never but from them again !!!! I will not redo my review !! This was not a pleasant experience. And I will not be bullied into changing the review. Until I see the products I purchased corrected.

I ordered a mug and I sent a picture with two dogs on it and I titled it the girls I get the mug and there’s one dog on it with the Taitel the girls so this mug is pretty much useless to me and they can’t do anything for that one they don’t do refunds so I’m just very unhappy. I feel I should’ve been notified, but it is what it is.
