After some shipping status errors, due to a Canada post strike interrupting the process and after the fact the strike lifted there was still no package. Assuming it was lost in transit I reached out to the company and they had contacted me right away apologizing on the situation offering me a digital copy and a new shipment. Safe to say one of the two portraits have arrived and it's a 10/10 for myself and for the girlfriends review she adores it very much. I would definitely recommend on the quality and artwork used! It's a very thoughtful gift.

Unfortunately my picture arrived damaged at 2 frame corners. It was opened on Christmas Day. I filled out the online form and literally 2days later got an email that they would replace it for free( including shipping)! Received it in less than a week in perfect condition! Excellent customer service and my daughter LOVES the picture!
