West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

The picture is cute and has features that are specific to him. The reason I gave it a 4 is that I really did not want it framed. But many reviews claimed that it had creases in it from shipping when it came unframed. So I did order it framed and the frame is nice. Also, I asked them to email a proof, but I never did receive one. So for $70, it's cute.

If this were review was only for cuteness of the pet pictures, it would be a five star rating! However, I was unhappy with the way the prints were shipped...I chose unframed pictures and they were rolled up to ship. (Disclaimer: they were packaged well...paper between the two prints, rolled and placed into a plastic bag.) But It made it difficult and awkward to flatten and get them into my own frame.

Nice website, easy process to order a pet portrait. My only complaint was I could not find any kind of estimate on how long my order would take. I have no idea at all if my order will arrive in time for Christmas! I think you should add this to your FAQ page.

It would really be great if customers got a sample emailed to them of what they ordered. You can easily add a water mark across the photo so they can’t just use the emailed sample. Its like buying in the dark....

Such an awesome gift! The design is really accurate, just keep in mind that it is like a replica of a photo. So So cute.

I would have given you a 5 but the packaging left a bit to be desired. I'm thankful that the piece didn't fall out of the box. There was no tape just two bands of whatever it was. Amazing.

I absolutely love the simple design and refined options compared to all your competitors. The only off putting part during the order process was asking for a tip. From one graphic artist to another we both know it’s not a lot of effort to do one design over and over. I would have paid more up front to avoid that built in American tip guilt.

Ordering from you guys is very easy and I appreciated the 40% off. I’m reluctant to purchase for others because there is no refund. Wish you guys would reconsider that policy. Even for a credit as I have purchased more than one from you guys. Thanks though!!
