Ridiculous.
My order was cancelled with no refund and no communication/reason given.. I spent $400 for Christmas presents for my husband, and they cancelled it 3 weeks later? What the fxck. Communication is key if you’re trying to run a business.. and pretty sure you’re supposed to issue a refund..

Ordered my portrait on December 9th, website made it clear that if ordered by December 9th your portrait would arrive by Christmas. I went to check the status of my order today , the 23rd, and it says my order was canceled yesterday! I haven’t received any refund and when I check the tracking number, it says arriving on the 27th? Either way I’m very disappointed, this was a very special gift for my grandparents.

One star because I can’t select 0. My order was cancelled without notification and after waiting for a month since receiving confirmation. I’ve been checking for messages and becoming increasingly worried my order wouldn’t arrive in time. Well, now I know it won’t be a gift. The Marketing department definitely has my info because I get their messages almost daily. Worst customer service I’ve had with an e-tailer.

I ordered 2 gifts totaling $300 4 weeks before Christmas (2 weeks before the required order date to receive by christmas) and did not receive them in time. I now have no gifts for my family after multiple attempts to contact the company.

Only received half my order by Christmas, even though I ordered before the deadline. West & Willows “amazing” customer service is unreachable. I will never use this business again and I will definitely be telling everyone I know to not use it.

The painting I received did not look like my photo. I was only offered a replacement not a refund. I also paid for an electronic version of the picture I ordered that still has not shown up. They don’t respond within their own listed timelines. It’s not worth the money.
