The service was awesome! I was guided on what kind of pictures needed. And received my print sooner than I had imagined. It was exactly as I had ordered. My family has ordered many a print and have been extremely satisfied!

The end result is beautiful! I had ordered before our Chloe passed 💔 I am so grateful that I did. When it came in, this is so what our family needed. This is a cherished piece of artwork. Thank you so much

I saw West & Willow products on a morning show and ordered a pillow for my 6yr old granddaughter for Christmas. She LOVED it and the print looks just like her cat. The customer service department was excellent, prompt and very professional. I would definitely order more from this company. Thank you, West & Willow!
