I ordered and received the portrait I requested but I also ordered and paid for a digital download of the portrait. West a & Willow responded they would email me when the digital download was ready. No email, no download, no answer to my query email about where is my order.

To say I’m disappointed with my purchase would be an understatement. 1st off do you even look what you make before you send it? The blanket was completely pixilated & where the name should be it was a black box. I notified you immediately which you agreed to fix it, 6 weeks later & I still don’t have my new blankets. I have bought gifts from you 6 times before this, after this experience I will not be recommending or using your company in the future,

The edit and review period was rough. They sent back the exact same lettering the first time and then the second time it was so obviously crooked. The third time was better but it shouldn’t have taken 3 times to get there.

I ordered a phone case on December 5 as a Hanukkah gift. I have not received the phone case yet and there are only 2 days left in Hanukkah. Today is December 24. I’ve sent 2 emails asking about the status of the phone case and I still have not received a response. I’m very disappointed! My order number is 364299

I ordered/ paid for the pampas grass background (extra $) and they sent me the blank white background. Everything looks great but I paid extra for the background I wanted and they gave me a cheaper background, seems like they are not looking at the orders and fulfilling orders correctly.
