I have been wanting to purchase a custom pet portrait for a while, and was waiting for a sale. Unfortunately, it appears that the 50% off price was not completely accurate. I haven’t ever seen the price of a portrait at $160... regardless, I’m looking forward receiving the portraits

I absolutely love the photo! & was really excited to get it. The portrait itself is incredible and spot on, but there was some bleeding from the ink near the name. It’s only noticeable because it’s black smudges on the white background. All around the artwork is beautiful, just wish it would have been touched up before sent out.

We love our customized picture of our pups! The process was relatively simple. The hardest part was picking a god picture to send to West & Willow. Our only complaint is that the stated size of the poster does not fit the frame that states it is the same size as the poster.

The ordering process was fairly easy and self-explanatory, which was fantastic. However, I gave it four stars instead of five because it was confusing to edit your order and choose a different picture at first.

Ordering was simple and quick. One comment, is it would be helpful if you can edit your order once put in the cart. I changed my mind on the color of the frame and had to redo the order and remove the original one from the cart. Thank you. Looking forward to getting my portrait.
