I found the order process to be very simple. I do think there should be an area that indicates whether or not the purchase is a gift, maybe an area that allows for a personal message.

I had an easy time ordering. The only issue I had was that I wanted to edit my order once I added it to the card and I couldn't-- I had to delete and re-order.

I had received one from my son for my birthday and loved it dearly. It captured the image of my puppy perfectly. The only issue I had was getting more clarification on using one photo with two dogs in it. It wasn't clear. When I picked two dogs it wanted two separate photos. I had one photo with two dogs and it wasn't clear if I was able to do that.
