Very easy ordering process, simple to use. Nice personal touch that they email you about the founding of west and willow!

Hello Meg, We are so pleased that the order process went smoothly! Thank you for joining the West & Willow family. 😍

Everything went smoothly with my order! My only suggestion would be to have more background options. And to allow people to upload multiple pictures of their pet. It was hard to narrow down the perfect picture of our two pups since we like the smile on one but another feature in another pic, etc... we were not sure what would be the easiest for the artist to work with when it came to angles, lighting... one of our pups has passed away and our new pup won’t sit still for pictures. We only have so many pics to choose from!

Nice easy to order great gifts

The ordering process was a easy. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they don’t have a system for viewing your photos on the different backgrounds to see which one looks best. Otherwise, the process was quick and efficient. The steps were easy to follow and user friendly. This is a gift, and turnaround was a quick 2 weeks, even with a holiday in the mix. The only negative thing I can see about the finished product is that the hanger hardware is on crooked. Otherwise, very happy.

There was a problem with the redirection to Afterpay. Also, an option to send it as a gift would be nice, that way a little note can be added. Other than that it was quick, easy, and the instructions were clear. I'm excited for my best friend to get her Christmas present!

I want to start with saying... I sent an email with some questions and received an immediate response. When I emailed back I had trouble getting a response. After sending a fb message I talked with someone SUPER helpful and SO kind. I had just lost my 14 year old baby so I wanted to be sure the picture I was sending would work ok. I received my picture today and I LOVE it. However, in all honesty I was a little disappointed one of my requests, my biggest request, wasn’t fulfilled which is fine but there was also some interesting color choices used. I still love the image and will proudly hang it in my home but if I’m honest I’m a little (tee tiny bit) disappointed. I was hoping for a more realistic portrayal of my boy and less of an animated look. Will definitely purchase from west and willow again but will next time request all colors used are realistic. Don’t let my review stop you from purchasing the image is beautiful!
