The check out process was easy. I didn't see anywhere that they would send a preview of the picture so i'm hoping they do.

Wish I could upload more than one photo of my pet and get some confirmation about my order, not just that it placed but if the photo was good, my order is being worked on, more communication would be nice!

Hello Alicia, Thank you so much for entrusting with your pets' portrait! Yes, we will be removing the background on the photos, and will place it on a Soft White background as you selected! We'll surely notify you as soon as it's ready.

The only difficulty I experienced was you could not edit the item once in the cart. I had to restart the order; however, that may be because I was using an iPhone.

Hello Heather, We totally get that you wanted to get good view of your pet's portrait. Even though we cannot show a preview of your pet's actual artwork, we offer a mock up that shows what the background and frame color will look like. Guaranteed though that we have extremely talented designers that will bring out the best of your pet. 👍🏼

I am unsure when my order will be ready, and the prices seemed very high, so I was not able to get the product I was really looking for. Hoping there will one day be better options for different types of buyers.

I guarantee though that you'll absolutely love our posters as we have talented designers bring the best out of your photo and your portrait comes with high-quality standards. For our shipping time line, all US orders are expected to arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. Many orders arrive in 2 weeks or less. We'll surely notify you as soon as it ships out!

The order process is self explanatory and easy to follow. My only complaint is that you can’t see a proof of the end product. With a no refund policy you’re taking your chances. I just did twice. Fingers crossed!
