Customer service is terrible. I placed a $100 order on 11/27. They lost my picture, I had to re send it. And still don’t what I bought. Tomorrow will be an entire month. No real update from them. It’s a bit ridiculous. Save yourself the time and aggravation and DO NOT order from this company!!!

The order I placed 12/9 has not even shipped and no delivery updates have been sent. It stated in the email the order was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. It will probably not even arrive this year. Update: they blamed the problems on their vendor. Refunded me partially after I asked for a full refund for the Christmas gifts. Promised a digital download that has still not arrived. Don’t order from them if you need something in a timely matter or by the day “they say it will arrive”.

Cancelled my order without even telling me. I placed the order in 11/27 with hopes that it would arrive by 12/25. Their website stated their cut off from orders to arrive by 12/25 was 12/9 which I ordered well before. I emailed them 1 week before Christmas simple asking for an update and did not receive a response. Now when I click on the order it states they cancelled it, but I have yet to hear why it was cancelled. Seems as though they couldn’t make their promise of it arriving by Christmas and just cancelled it instead.
