Physical puc arrived 12/18. Digital download I purchased link does not work. Submitted service request on the 19th. Its the 27th, after Christmas, and link still diesnt work and havent even re eived a single response on the issue.

My order was canceled and would not of been ready by Christmas time. Which isn’t a deal breaker but when checking on it it said it was canceled and I have yet to receive a refund.

Have not received digital download or product I know product takes 3 weeks but for the digital download that should’ve been sent already and I’m told to just email back if I haven’t received the link by time I get my order which is still at least a week out from even being sent
