West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

No only are the pet portraits amazing quality, the customer service is one of the best I have experienced which is hard to find these days. They have been incredible to deal with, a great purchasing experience all round. Would highly recommend!

Another fantastic portrait and the best Birthday gift ever for my daughter-in-law. A three dog portrait that warmed her heart and soul. Thank you West & Willow for making her day especially special and delivering in (7) days!

This company is awesome ! West & Willow created my 3 pet portrait and did an excellent job. They captured each dog in their unique way and I am so pleased. They are very customer oriented and the support team answers questions quickly. West & Willow understands pet owners and the love they have for their pets. They capture that in their portraits. 100% recommend everyone use this company.

I ordered a keyring with 3 medallions showing each of my very mixed-breed dogs, and the medallions were great representations. They were so pretty that I made them into a necklace and had a jeweler attach them to links in a silver chain. I also ordered a blanket with one dog on it, and that representation was perfect. I was less pleased with the fabric of the blanket itself, which is thin, shiny polyester rather than the fleece I expected.

Great products! Helpful customer service as well

Exactly ad expected! Great picture and fast shipping.

I am beyond happy with the results from the pictures provided! These portraits are something I will cherish forever! They are beautiful and worth every penny. I also love that they were able to change their options for me to have a portrait with my dog as a baby and today’s age on the one portrait. It’s an even better memory of our time together ever since I adopted them.

Necklace and our sweet King portrait is wonderful. Thank you!
