Very easy to use! I think it would be great if the buyer could see a preview of the art before it gets shipped just in case any changes need to be made.

It is still something that we are working on. Rest assured though that we have extremely talented designers that will bring the best out of your pet 😍

I would have loved to give West & Willow FIVE stars because they honestly deserve it but there was no communication on delivery. I placed an order late October and received my order in December. On the confirmation email, it said I would receive another email about shipment in 7-10 days but I had to contact support since I never got updated on my order or shipping. I understand there can be delays but if my order was going to be delayed I would of liked for West Willow to communicate that. Besides that West Willow is amazing! I have placed two orders with them because the photos came out so good!

Happy with the product when I purchased it the first time. Upon purchasing a second portrait I did not receive any feedback from customer service for over a week. I had some concerns over the photo I chose and wanted to know if the photo would be sufficient. I had to email the company again to confirm my order was okay and that it would go through. Otherwise the product itself is wonderful and I would recommend it to any pet parent.

A little confusing because "Next" button did not change from greyed out to bold when it was time to go to next page. Also I would like to see a "mock-up" of the finished product before final order is made. Otherwise it was easy
