Stunning picture! I had four pups in my print. I chose the black frame. There was a chip on the frame. Looked like it happened when packaged possibly. I used a black sharpy to color it in.

It was great but the picture of Sadie needed a few more touches. Wish her face around the nose area was a little more grayer like her picture. Other than that it was quick service and got here with no issues.

easy to order, delivered in a timely fashion I would have liked to see a more accurate colour match for one of our dogs as she is a dark chocolate brown but the print is black. Maybe a spot to describe the colour would help or an email to check before final completion (email mockup prior to sending)

Bought a photo of our daughter in laws dog for her birthday. The order process was simple. It was completed and shipped earlier than expected. I only wish the follow up would have included a picture of the finished product.

Product turned out very nice although price is steep for an 8x10. Came faster than expected. Only real issue is that since purchasing, I've rec'd waaaay too many emails from West & Willow. 19 in the past 10 days. So far unsubscribing has not worked

Our picture was a gift and she loves it. But she sent a picture of me on the wall and there looks to be a shadow in the background? But the service was great. It arrived quickly and it’s adorable.

Would have liked the image to take up more of the canvas

I absolutely love my pups portraits! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I thought I would have received a template to approve it. I was worried it wasn’t going to come out looking like them, but it was perfection. I highly recommend getting one, but just trust the process.
