I ordered a pet portrait of my yellow Labrador retriever and wasn’t impressed. I thought maybe the photo I provided wasn’t great, so I ordered another portrait, using a different photo. The second portrait was even worse. There is nothing “custom” about it. It’s just a drawing of a yellow Lab. Could be any yellow Lab, it doesn’t capture the little things that make my dog unique.

I ordered this took 8 weeks to come and they worked with me to get a good image bc the first few were terrible. I tried to cancel the phone case bc of the hassle and they decide to send it to me anyways and just stopped responding to my emails which I find very unprofessional

Picture received had the names over the wrong dogs. I reached out for a replacement a week ago and have received zero response. Disappointing for such a pricey gift.

I ordered 2 prints. First time they arrived both frames were damaged. Art looked cute. They sent replacements but one arrived damaged for a second time. Also the same prints are different colors. The frames seem cheap and quality control seems to be an issue. Not certain it’s worth re-ordering for third time. Was offered 10% back to keep the damaged print, feels inappropriate for artwork they are charging over $100 for. Disappointing.

I ordered before Christmas and still have not received my item. The tracking for this has been all messed up, and its almost been a month since ordering.

I received the incorrect order 2 separate times. Customer support was extremely helpful and fast but now they are sending me a 3rd order, hopefully that one is correct.

you cant see what the picture actually looks like before you buy it, it takes a long time to get there, and for what you get, its really expensive.

Did not get a digital copy of my print for review. Paid for both actual and digital print and expedited service and have not seen anything yet. Tried going through customer service and received automated responses.
