I chose West and Willow due to the generally good reviews they have despite cheaper competition. Unfortunately I cannot help being somewhat disappointed with the final outcome as I don’t think it really captures my pet the way I wanted it to, particularly the design and shape of the nose which is slightly different to the picture I sent, which throws off the image. As many of the reviews have said, you do not receive a preview of what the image will look like - from a quality assurance and customer satisfaction standpoint I think this would sensible, or requesting multiple pictures from different angles to better capture the pet. Other than that, delivery was as expected within 2 weeks or so, and I’m sure it will still make a nice gift. EDIT - A late edit increasing review from 3 to 4 stars. The company did reach out to me at the time to ask what amendments I thought are needed after my review. I was then sent an amended portrait that I was happy with.

Really love the picture!!!!! Looks great. The Frame is not great quality and had a nick in it which is a bummer.

Order processing was straightforward. However, I have not been able to track shipment to determine delivery date.

It was an easy process. I would have liked to see a mock up of the item I ordered before paying, but I’m just trusting it’s going to turn out great!

Had a pet picture made for my sister-in-law whose cat just passed away. The picture came out beautifully! Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is there were areas on the corners of the frame that the color was slightly worn off I assume due to shipping. Overall, very happy with my purchase and I know my sister-in-law will love it!

I haven’t gotten my portrait yet but the buying process was simple and easy to submit a picture. I wish they gave me an update on when it would be finished and sent. We’ll see how it turns out!

The picture looks great and exactly like the one I sent in, however the colors are off. Instead of the golden fur the dog has, the picture is more gray and dark toned. Still looks good and will be a good Christmas gift as I planned but wish it was more golden like the picture sent in. It shipped very fast and is great quality overall!

The picture itself came out great! My only complaint was the frame. I paid extra for the frame and it came with scratches on the corners and on the glass. The glass also had smudges and was dirty, and I haven’t been able to remove the smudges with windex. I think I’ll skip getting the frame next time.
