The posters came out pretty much like the photos and I appreciate them taking out the collar/leash hook, like requested. However, I only ordered the posters without the frame and by the time I got it, both posters had been pretty squished due to the packaging/delivery. I tried to smooth them out but they still look kind of cheap and the creased lines are definitely visible. For a $60 poster, I expected better packaging and care. This might have just been with the delivery service but hopefully this gets upgraded for future customers!

The team has been helpful and supportive with requests. They respond very timely. However, my initial package was lost in the mail —it took a lot of effort on my part to sort out where the item was, it has now been 2 months. A new order has been shipped but I do not know if I will receive this or if it will be lost again. I know this is the shipping company but has been quite a hassle!

My order was lost in transit, order was placed in early July 2020. Five weeks passed by and still no delivery so I contacted the support team who said it appears the order was lost. A new order was created at no additional charge but still have to wait up to 4 more weeks before delivery. It would be nice if a faster delivery option is made available for scenarios like this one as it will be 2 months before I can receive my order which was meant as a gift for someone.

It was super expensive. 140$ was 40% off? That’s a lot. We shall see what the result is like

After all of the fabulous reviews, I was anxiously awaiting my own! I was let down to be honest. The digitized picture itself is beautiful! However, it came crinkled upon arrival. From a distance, she looks great! But after spending $50 (more for shipping to AK), I am a bit disappointed and likely will not order one for my other doggo.

They should make it to where we can add multiple pictures of our animal to get a better idea of size, coloring, etc. My shipping confirmation has still not come in after reaching out to customer service and it has been 2 weeks since placing my order. I will not shop here again.

I had a friend order and her pups looked GREAT! So I got on to order. I had difficulty uploading pictures. The site kept kicking me off. It could have been on my end, i’m not entirely sure. Whenever I received my picture, i was so excited to open it up! They looked so detailed and so realistic. However, my dogs and their names were mixed up. I immediately reached out to customer service and they were AMAZING. they got back to me right away and said they’d have a new one drawn up. Before they shipped the new one out, the sent me a preview. It all looked wonderful. When my package came and I opened it up the second time, my english cream golden retriever looked pink. He didn’t look that color in the first picture they sent me that was mixed up and he wasn’t that color in the email preview so it must have been something with their printer. I’m highly disappointed for the price i paid. I didn’t even bother reaching out a second time to have it fixed.
