Terrible! Never received my digital download image and I was charged immediately ! I have emailed several times and no response ! So bad

I received my cup with a picture of my dog. I would say 5% of this is the face of my dog and the rest of the cup is nothing but white the face is not centered it's small it's not what I expected at all and it's not even centered it's at the very bottom I am not liking this at all and I would never purchase another one. You need to make your pictures much larger and at least centered in the middle of your cup I like the cup at least. I would not recommend this to anyone especially for the price

My order was completely wrong. Most importantly, you sent me a framed picture of a black background with my dogs name and no photo. You also sent me two other framed prints that were correct except they were both supposed to be the same size and they are 2 different sizes. So I paid for 3 items when I only ordered 2 - and I cant hang up the two because they are two different sizes. I have emailed your customer service and have gotten no response. Crappy product and crappy service.

Im waiting on my 3rd replacement to fix a frame that was not matched well at seems both other times I received. Poor quality product. Very disappointing

The gift was late. Prior to it being late, I contacted W&W and got no concrete info on when it would ship. I followed up multiple times-no info. Then they sent me a digital image, looked NOTHING like the dog. I asked for a refund, they said "due to the custom nature" no refunds and they will redo. Order 381200, Roxanne/Jane are the two that have touched the the account with out resolution. One told me to donate the picture. Who wants a picture of someone else’s dogs?Straight in the garbage...I'm done! Update 1/14-NO RESPONSE! Emailed and provided order number. No refund or product👎 1/18-👎👎

Had too re order blankets due to poor quality. Specifically asked for red in both orders and was sent white both times. Have only been sent one blanket at this point and the quality is not as advertised. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Save your money. My pet portrait was delivered with my dogs tongue coming out of his nose. Clearly not quality controlled. No refund was given and a replacement print is more than 14 days late, leaving me without a gift for a family member. Incredibly poor service, poor quality and an overall incredibly negative experience. Spend your money elsewhere. Edit: ORDER #350973

I placed my order on December 23rd and realized I had the wrong shipping address. I emailed customer service within two minutes of placing my orderand didn’t hear back until December 30th. I was told that there’s nothing they can do because they start working on the orders immediately. Then it was suggested that I contact UPS myself and have the order rerouted which I did but they couldn’t help me yet because the order hasn’t made it to UPS yet. So apparently the artist work round the clock but no one else does.
