Stunning picture, status updates would provide flawless process.
Product is absolutely stunning and beautiful. The painting and frame deserves five stars. I wish there was more communication about the status of the product though. I received the order confirmation right after the order was placed then nothing for over two weeks until I got a shipping notification. If there was a tracking system to show when the submitted pictures were approved or accepted then update the status to artist assigned, work finished, pending framing and shipping, then shipped, it would be a flawless process. But the uncertainty does build the suspense for when you do receive the beautiful product.
